Salon & spa menu ribbon placemat template

Placemats turn every table into advertising: hair salons and spas use them to show a first-visit discount or a refer-a-friend reward, a kids' activity or local sponsors. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How hair salons and spas use this placemat

Put them under plates or trays. Guests have a few minutes while waiting, so this is a good place for a story, a puzzle for children or upcoming events. Worth including: your stylists' experience and the brands you use.

Use 'from' prices for services that depend on hair length, and say so once at the top. Leave the centre of the mat fairly plain; that's where the plate goes.

What to put on it

  • Your logo and a short welcome
  • A first-visit discount or a refer-a-friend reward
  • Something for children to do, if you serve families
  • Website, social handles or a QR code

Sizes and paper

This template comes in one size: Placemat 17 × 11 in. Paper placemats are usually printed in bulk on uncoated paper; keep important text away from where plates sit.
