How schools and PTAs use this social media post

Post it on Instagram, Facebook or a story, or send it in a group chat. Most people see it while scrolling, so the image itself must carry the message. Worth including: your school name and colours.

Print one version for families and send the same design as a PDF in your newsletter. Make a few versions (post, story and cover) from one design so your feed looks consistent.

What to put on it

  • A short headline in big type
  • Early-bird ticket prices
  • Your logo or handle
  • A date or 'link in bio' if there's an action
