School & education how did we do? table tent template

A table tent sits right in front of families and students, so schools and PTAs use it for specials and add-ons at the start of the year and before events. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How schools and PTAs use this table tent

Stand them on tables, counters and bars. Each side can carry a different message: a special on one, a QR code to the full menu or reviews on the other. Worth including: your school name and colours.

Print one version for families and send the same design as a PDF in your newsletter. Change table tents often; the same card on the table for months stops being noticed.

What to put on it

  • Early-bird ticket prices
  • A photo of the item
  • A QR code for the menu, Wi-Fi or reviews
  • Price, if it's an offer

Sizes and paper

This template comes in one size: Table tent (Each side 4 × 6 in). Printed on heavy card (14 pt or more) and scored so it folds cleanly and stands on its own.
