Using this sign for Shop local Saturday

Use signs for opening hours, directions, offers and rules. A sign is read from a distance, often while walking, so it needs very few words in very large type.

Team up with neighbouring shops and list each other's offers on one piece. Test it: step back the distance people will read it from and check the main line is still clear.

What to put on it

  • A headline that can be read from across the room
  • A local-only discount
  • An arrow, date or time if it helps
  • Your logo, small

Sizes and paper
