How sushi bars use this postcard

Mail them to a neighbourhood, include them with orders, or leave a stack on tables, at the sushi counter and in takeout bags. The front carries the picture; the back the details and address. Worth including: your fish suppliers or the chef's training.

Mark raw and cooked items clearly, and keep a short legend for rolls that contain shellfish. Track results with a short code or a QR link unique to each mailing.
