How sushi bars use this rack card

Leave them in racks at hotels, visitor centres, waiting rooms and partner businesses. The top third must work on its own, because that's all that shows in a rack. Worth including: your fish suppliers or the chef's training.

Mark raw and cooked items clearly, and keep a short legend for rolls that contain shellfish. Ask partner businesses to swap racks: their cards in your space, yours in theirs.

What to put on it

  • Name and headline in the top third
  • What you offer: rolls, nigiri, sashimi and bento
  • A lunch bento set
  • Map, phone and a QR code
