How sushi bars use this calendar

Give them away at the end of the year, sell them as merch, or use them for school and event dates. Worth including: your fish suppliers or the chef's training.

Mark raw and cooked items clearly, and keep a short legend for rolls that contain shellfish. Order in early autumn so calendars are ready to hand out before the new year.

What to put on it

  • Twelve months with key dates
  • A photo or design for each month
  • Contact details on every page

Sizes and paper
