Using this gift certificate for Teacher Appreciation

Sell them at the counter or online, give them as prizes for local raffles, or use them to say sorry. Each certificate is a promise, so record what you sell.

Keep the message personal: room for a handwritten line goes a long way. Check your state's rules on gift certificate expiry before adding an expiry date.

What to put on it

  • Amount or service
  • Recipient and sender names
  • A certificate number
  • Expiry date and terms, if any

Sizes and paper

This template comes in one size: Gift certificate (8 × 3.5 in). Card stock gives a gift-like feel. Number each certificate and keep a simple log of numbers sold and redeemed.
