Weddings & events three reasons social media post template

Social posts keep couples and their guests up to date between visits; wedding planners and event venues post them from save-the-dates to the day itself to share a free planning consultation. Edit it free online, then download it or show it on screen.

How wedding planners and event venues use this social media post

Post it on Instagram, Facebook or a story, or send it in a group chat. Most people see it while scrolling, so the image itself must carry the message. Worth including: weddings you have planned or hosted.

Match one colour and one font across every piece so the day looks planned. Make a few versions (post, story and cover) from one design so your feed looks consistent.

What to put on it

  • A short headline in big type
  • A free planning consultation
  • Your logo or handle
  • A date or 'link in bio' if there's an action
