Weddings & events what's on table tent template

A table tent sits right in front of couples and their guests, so wedding planners and event venues use it for specials and add-ons from save-the-dates to the day itself. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How wedding planners and event venues use this table tent

Stand them on tables, counters and bars. Each side can carry a different message: a special on one, a QR code to the full menu or reviews on the other. Worth including: weddings you have planned or hosted.

Match one colour and one font across every piece so the day looks planned. Change table tents often; the same card on the table for months stops being noticed.

What to put on it

  • A free planning consultation
  • A photo of the item
  • A QR code for the menu, Wi-Fi or reviews
  • Price, if it's an offer

Sizes and paper

This template comes in one size: Table tent (Each side 4 × 6 in). Printed on heavy card (14 pt or more) and scored so it folds cleanly and stands on its own.
