Using this flyer for Year-end giving
Hand it out or put it up where donors and supporters will see it: in mail appeals and at events. A flyer works when a passer-by gets it in a few seconds, so lead with the offer.
Show the goal and progress toward it; people like to help finish something. Use high contrast between text and background; most flyers are read from a distance.
What to put on it

Sizes and paper
This template comes in 5 sizes, including Flyer (8.5 × 11 in), Flyer A4, Flyer A5 and Flyer DL (1/3 of A4, fits DL envelopes). Letter (8.5 × 11 in) suits noticeboards; half-letter is cheaper to hand out. 100 lb gloss text (about 150 gsm) is a common paper.
