Catering menu ribbon placemat template

Placemats turn every table into advertising: caterers use them to show a free tasting for bookings over a set size, a kids' activity or local sponsors. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How caterers use this placemat

Put them under plates or trays. Guests have a few minutes while waiting, so this is a good place for a story, a puzzle for children or upcoming events. Worth including: events you've served and your food safety training.

Price per person and state the minimum guest count, so enquiries arrive with the details you need. Leave the centre of the mat fairly plain; that's where the plate goes.

What to put on it

  • Your logo and a short welcome
  • A free tasting for bookings over a set size
  • Something for children to do, if you serve families
  • Website, social handles or a QR code

Sizes and paper

This template comes in one size: Placemat 17 × 11 in. Paper placemats are usually printed in bulk on uncoated paper; keep important text away from where plates sit.
