How churches and community groups use this brochure

Leave brochures where members and neighbours can pick one up: in bulletins, on community boards and at local cafés. The front panel should make someone pick it up, the inside explains what you offer, and the back panel holds contact details.

Put the date, time and address in the same spot on every piece so people find them quickly. Write the inside panels so each one makes sense on its own; people rarely read a brochure in order.

What to put on it

  • A cover headline and photo
  • What you offer: services, events, classes and outreach
  • Your welcome message and service times
  • Prices or how to get a quote
  • Contact details and a map or QR code
