How churches and community groups use this calendar

Give them away at the end of the year, sell them as merch, or use them for school and event dates. Worth including: your welcome message and service times.

Put the date, time and address in the same spot on every piece so people find them quickly. Order in early autumn so calendars are ready to hand out before the new year.

What to put on it

  • Twelve months with key dates
  • A photo or design for each month
  • Contact details on every page

Sizes and paper

This template comes in one size: Yearly calendar (11 × 17 in). Wall calendars are usually saddle-stitched with a hole for hanging; plan one page per month plus a cover.
