How churches and community groups use this catalog

Build it from a spreadsheet, share it as a link or QR code customers can order from, and print a PDF for sales visits. Worth including: your welcome message and service times.

Put the date, time and address in the same spot on every piece so people find them quickly. Keep the spreadsheet as the master copy, so one price change updates the catalog everywhere.

What to put on it

  • Product photo, name and SKU
  • Price, pack size and minimum order
  • Categories in the order buyers shop
  • Ordering details and contact information

Sizes and paper

This template comes in one size: Business catalog (8.5 × 11 in). Printed catalogs are usually bound as booklets; saddle-stitched booklets need page counts in multiples of four.
