How churches and community groups use this certificate

Use them for awards, course completions, volunteer thanks and milestones. A line on why the award was earned makes it mean more than a generic title, and a real signature makes it official. Worth including: your welcome message and service times.

Put the date, time and address in the same spot on every piece so people find them quickly. Print one test with the longest name on your list to check it fits.

What to put on it

  • Recipient's name, large
  • What it's for
  • Date and signature lines
  • Logo or seal

Sizes and paper

This template comes in 2 sizes, including Certificate (11 × 8.5 in) and Certificate A4. Letter or A4 on heavier cover stock; parchment or textured paper suits formal awards.
