How churches and community groups use this invitation

Mail or hand them out, or send the design as an image or PDF in a message. Send them early enough that guests can plan, and keep the wording as formal or relaxed as the event. Worth including: your welcome message and service times.

Put the date, time and address in the same spot on every piece so people find them quickly. Ask for RSVPs a week or two before you need final numbers.

What to put on it

  • What, when and where
  • RSVP details and a deadline
  • Dress code or what to bring, if needed
  • A QR code to directions or an RSVP form

Sizes and paper
