How churches and community groups use this placemat

Put them under plates or trays. Guests have a few minutes while waiting, so this is a good place for a story, a puzzle for children or upcoming events. Worth including: your welcome message and service times.

Put the date, time and address in the same spot on every piece so people find them quickly. Leave the centre of the mat fairly plain; that's where the plate goes.

What to put on it

Your logo and a short welcome
An open invitation to a service or event
Something for children to do, if you serve families
Website, social handles or a QR code

Sizes and paper
