How schools and PTAs use this brochure

Leave brochures where families and students can pick one up: in backpacks, on noticeboards and at the front office. The front panel should make someone pick it up, the inside explains what you offer, and the back panel holds contact details.

Print one version for families and send the same design as a PDF in your newsletter. Write the inside panels so each one makes sense on its own; people rarely read a brochure in order.

Sizes and paper

This template comes in 3 sizes, including Brochure tri-fold (11 × 8.5 in), Brochure tri-fold A4 and Brochure bi-fold (11 × 8.5 in). Tri-fold brochures are usually letter size, folded into three panels, on 80–100 lb gloss text paper. Keep text away from the folds.
