School & education editorial brochure template

A brochure gives families and students the full picture of events, enrolment, fundraisers and spirit wear, so schools and PTAs can leave the details behind after a conversation. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How schools and PTAs use this brochure

Leave brochures where families and students can pick one up: in backpacks, on noticeboards and at the front office. The front panel should make someone pick it up, the inside explains what you offer, and the back panel holds contact details.

Print one version for families and send the same design as a PDF in your newsletter. Write the inside panels so each one makes sense on its own; people rarely read a brochure in order.

What to put on it

  • A cover headline and photo
  • What you offer: events, enrolment, fundraisers and spirit wear
  • Your school name and colours
  • Prices or how to get a quote
  • Contact details and a map or QR code
