How yoga and Pilates studios use this placemat

Put them under plates or trays. Guests have a few minutes while waiting, so this is a good place for a story, a puzzle for children or upcoming events. Worth including: your teachers' training.

Label classes by level (beginner, all levels) so newcomers feel welcome. Leave the centre of the mat fairly plain; that's where the plate goes.

What to put on it

Your logo and a short welcome
An intro month or first class free
Something for children to do, if you serve families
Website, social handles or a QR code
