Are these the official sizes?

They're the sizes each platform commonly recommends for uploads. Platforms change their layouts from time to time, so check a post preview before publishing anything important.

Fit, crop or blur fill?

Crop fills the frame and trims the edges, best for photos. Fit and blur fill keep the whole image, best for graphics with text near the edges.

Will my image look sharp?

Images are scaled with the browser's high-quality smoothing. Making a small image bigger can't add detail, so start from the largest version you have.
