    Start from a template

Each opens in the editor at exactly 210 × 148 mm. When you download, choose Print several per page: this sheet is already picked.

Or start blank at 210 × 148 mm

    Make many from a list

    1. Open a design on this sheet and type fields where the text changes, like {{Name}} or {{Street}}.
    2. Download → Make many (or Print several per page → Fill from a list), and choose your CSV or spreadsheet.
    3. Pick this sheet as the paper. Each row becomes one postcard, 2 to a sheet.

Good for address labels from a mailing list, name badges for an event or a class, and product labels from a price list. Your list stays in your browser.

The test page draws only the outline of every label and a ruler. Print it on plain paper, hold it against your sheet in front of a window, and save a nudge for your printer if the outlines sit off the labels.

Print at Actual size (100%), not "Fit to page". Use plain paper first, then hold it against your label sheet in front of a window.

    Printer nudge

Saved in this browser for this printer and used for every sheet you print from here and from the editor.

    After the test print

How far did the printed outlines land from the real labels? Use minus for left or up.

    Order it printed instead

Don't want to print at home? Send the same design to one of our print partners, or ask a local print shop for a quote.

    Good for

    • A5 flyers and invitations
    • Large postcards
