Some labels come within 4.7 mm of the paper edge. Most home printers can't print the outer 1/8–1/4 in (3–6 mm), so keep text away from the outside edges.
Pre-cut sheets vary slightly between makers and batches. Print the alignment test page on plain paper and hold it against your sheet before printing on labels.

Download → Make many (or Print several per page → Fill from a list), and choose your CSV or spreadsheet.
Pick this sheet as the paper. Each row becomes one shipping label, 10 to a sheet.

Good for address labels from a mailing list, name badges for an event or a class, and product labels from a price list. Your list stays in your browser.

Print it lined up

The test page draws only the outline of every label and a ruler. Print it on plain paper, hold it against your sheet in front of a window, and save a nudge for your printer if the outlines sit off the labels.

Print at Actual size (100%), not "Fit to page". Use plain paper first, then hold it against your label sheet in front of a window.
