Questions
Is it free?
Yes. Quick erase is free and unlimited. AI erase uses AI credits from your plan. Downloads up to 1500 px need no account; full-resolution files need a free account. There's no watermark.
How much does the AI option cost?
Each AI photo uses 1 AI credit from your plan's monthly allowance (Free 20, Pro 300, Business 1500 a month), with a daily limit of 5 AI photos on Free, 60 on Pro and 200 on Business. The free options on this page don't use credits.
Which should I use, quick or AI?
Quick erase blends the area from its surroundings. It's great for dust, small marks and objects on plain walls, tables or sky, and can look smudged on detailed textures. AI erase redraws the area to match the scene, which suits larger objects and people on busy backgrounds.
Does AI change the rest of my photo?
No. The AI returns a filled-in picture, but we only take the area you painted (blended at the edge) and keep every other pixel of your original photo.
What happens to my photo with AI?
AI tools send this photo to our AI provider (Google Gemini, through Lovable AI) to make the result. We don't store it, and it isn't used to train AI models. Only the AI actions send the photo; everything else on this page runs on your device.
Can I remove people from photos?
Yes, for your own photos. Don't use it to mislead people, for example to remove someone from a photo used as evidence or to change what a product includes.
Why does the result look blurry?
With quick erase, large areas are filled from their surroundings and lose texture. Undo, then try AI erase or paint a smaller area.
