Is it free?

Yes. Making white backgrounds is free and unlimited. Downloads up to 1500 px need no account; full-resolution files need a free account. There's no watermark.

Is my photo uploaded?

No. This tool runs in your browser: the cut-out engine is downloaded from our site and your photo stays on your device.

Is the white pure white?

Yes, the background is exactly #FFFFFF. Shadows are a soft grey under the product; turn the shadow off if a marketplace asks for no shadows.

Does this meet Amazon's main-image rules?

It gives you a pure white background and lets you size the product in a square frame, which is what most marketplaces ask for. Each marketplace has its own rules (product fill, no props, no text), so check its current guidance before you list.

Quick or HD cut-out?

Quick works in any current browser and is fine for most product photos. HD is much better on busy photos with several objects and on fine edges; it downloads a larger engine once (over 100 MB), needs a browser with WebGPU (a recent Chrome or Edge on a computer) and a free account. Both run on your device.

Can I use the result commercially?

Yes. What you make is yours to use. The open models we use (U²-Net, Apache 2.0; BiRefNet, MIT) allow commercial use. Make sure you have the rights to the photo you start with.
