Questions

Is it free?

Yes. Converting and downloading are free, with no watermark. You don't need an account for small batches.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The conversion runs in your browser on your own device, so your files never leave it and we never see them. Closing the tab clears everything.

Which resolution should I pick?

150 DPI suits most uses. 300 DPI is sharp enough to print but makes large files; 72 DPI is enough for a quick preview.

Can I convert password-protected PDFs?

Not yet. Remove the password in the app that made the PDF, then try again.

Is there a page limit?

Up to 300 pages per PDF in one go. For longer files, convert a range of pages at a time.

How many files can I convert at once?

Up to 25 files per batch without an account, 50 with a free account and 500 on Pro. Each file can be up to 100 MB. Very large images may be scaled down to fit your browser's memory, and the tool tells you when that happens.

Does it work offline?

Once the page has loaded, image conversions keep working without a connection. PDF tools download their PDF library the first time you use them.
