How to use it

  1. Step 1

    Open your GIF

Drop a GIF on the page or pick one. It opens in your browser and is never uploaded.

  2. Step 2

    Choose the range

Set the first and last frame (the times show next to them).

  3. Step 3

    Keep or remove

Keep that part, or remove it and join what's left.

  4. Step 4

    Download

Make the file and compare the new size and frame count with the original, then save it to your device.

Questions

Is my GIF uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is opened and edited inside your browser tab, and the new file is made on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers, so it works for private or unreleased work.

Can I cut by seconds?

Yes. Switch to time and type the start and end in seconds; the cutter picks the frames that cover that span.

Can I delete single frames?

Yes, in the frame view: delete or skip any frame.

Is it free? Do I need an account?

Yes, it's free and needs no account. Editing and converting your own GIFs adds nothing to them. Animations you build from photos or a video follow the GIF maker's rules: free files are up to 15 seconds with a small corner credit; Pro removes the credit and allows 60 seconds.
